By registering for the Conference participants have access to share experiences and knowledge with leaders in their area of ​​expertise, form professional networks and share with other industry professionals.

Registration in Advance

IMPORTANT: Registrations made with ADVANCE value must be paid by May 31, 2025

Companion Ticket

If the participant wishes to bring a companion to a social activity, they must purchase additional tickets for these activities. Accompanying persons do not have access to the technical sessions or the material of the Conference.

Payment Methods

Bank charges for transferring funds should not be deducted from the registration fee. All charges associated with the transfer must be paid by the participant at the time of making the transaction. The prices published are in Chilean pesos  CLP.

Participants residing in Chile:

Credit card (Webpay) - Participants residing in Chile can pay their registration with any recognized commercial credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club).

Participants residing abroad:

​PayPal Participants who reside outside of Chile must pay their registration with a credit card via the web through PayPal in American dollars (USD).

Cancellation Policy

Once your registration is confirmed and paid, no refunds will be issued.

Billing Terms and Conditions

To issue a national invoice, the following information is required:

RUT, company name, business activity, address, phone number, email, required description, and name of the requester.

 

To issue an export invoice, the following information is required:

Company name, DNI, address, city, destination country, email, required description, and name of the requester.

 

Conditions

Once the requested payment has been made and validated, the InterDrought Secretariat  will issue and send the corresponding invoice or receipt by email.

Authorization and Consent for Photo/Video Release

By accepting the policies and conditions of registration, the participant gives his or her consent so that Gecamin Ltda. can take photographs or record videos and use them on the company's website, publications and information materials. If you do NOT want to be included in the photos and/or videos of the event,  write to: secretariainterdrought@somosoptimiza.cl at least 72 hours before the start of the Conference.

Personal Contact Data

​By accepting the registration policies and conditions, the participant gives his or her consent so that the organization can share their contact information with its allies, after the close of the Conference. If you do NOT want your data to be distributed, write to: secretariainterdrought@somosoptimiza.cl before the start of the conference
